Delivery Methods
We offer the guarantee of working with Nacex (nacex.es) DHL (dhl.com) for our shipments.
Order Dispatch Times
The dispatch time is between 2-3 days, Monday through Friday, provided the products are in stock at our facilities and there are no shortages or out-of-stock issues.
In the event that REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. cannot meet this deadline due to a lack of stock, our customer service team will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to inform you and proceed with confirmation of the approximate service date, exchange, or cancellation of the order. If you have made an advance payment, the amount paid will be refunded immediately in the same manner as it was made, in the event that none of the alternatives offered or the service date provided are satisfactory to the customer.

Merchandise Returns
Merchandise returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt and if they have been authorized by REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V.:

If you have not created a user account, you must request a return by emailing info@wearehermans.com.
The process for making a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary charges is:
1. Send a photo of the defective product to info@wearehermans.com.
2. Indicate the product defect.
3. Indicate the order number and date, as well as the invoice number issued by REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. (an essential requirement).
If REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. deems it appropriate, the product will be collected from the customer’s home at no additional cost. In this case, REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. will contact the customer to inform them of the appropriate procedure. REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. will not reimburse the customer for shipping costs for defective materials that the customer has unilaterally sent without prior authorization.
In the case of a return due to defective materials due to a manufacturing defect, REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. will replace the material with a new one or one of the same quality. Under no circumstances will the customer be refunded; instead, a credit note valid for future purchases will be issued.
In the case of a return due to defective materials due to a usage error, REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. will inform the customer in writing of the reason for not proceeding with the claim and will send the defective product back to them (if it has been collected). In the event of a return due to incorrect material (due to an error on the part of the customer), the customer must return the merchandise postage paid to the address indicated in the authorization. REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V. will replace it according to the conditions of the order dispatch period section at no additional cost.
In the event of an error in shipping by REPRO WIM HERMANS B.V., the customer will collect the item and reship the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.
